Because the doctors (specially Dr. Buhain) communicated extremely well, explained my problem in a very polite and informative way.

Never had the same doctor/consultant did not really know exact problem or when I was going to be treated.

I have only been on this ward for 1 day and staff are lovely kind and compassionate. Thank you.

I was on Amber B for a week and it was living hell I never want to go back there. I waited for medication so long 14 hours for water and the staff were so rude they did not care at all no compassion at all. Also so nasty to elderly patients.
